BERRY, Philip J. —
Philip James Warren Berry passed away peacefully, with loved ones by his side, on Friday, August 12, 2016. Philip will be greatly missed by his children, Katrina, Ken and Kevin and by their mother, Alice. Also by his sisters, Carolynne (Richard), Lynda (John), and Sherrie-Lynne, his many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and the Applewood Community. Predeceased by his father, Warren Berry; mother, Violet Brown; step-father, Gordon Brown; sisters, Gloria Turriff (Gord) and Lori-Ann Berry; and brother, David Berry. Philip will be fondly remembered for his leadership as the ‘Akela’ for the 1st Applewood Scouts, his passion for Algonquin Park and his love of cooking.
