BEATTIE, Robert Lewis “Bob” It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob on February 22, 2017 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Jeanine for 45 years. Loving father of the late Denise (1996), Victoria (Scott), and Robert (Renée). Cherished papa of nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and was more like a father then a papa to Megan, Devin, and Xavier. He will be sadly missed by his niece and two nephews. Bob was a long-time employee of the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Avenue) on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
