Ronald KRAWESKY
KRAWESKY, Ronald Ronnie gently passed away in his sleep on February 28, 2017, in his home in Stoney Creek. After 72 years of dancing, taking pictures, getting great deals, and telling the best jokes and stories, he is now with his father, John, his matka, Kathleen, his sister Doris Paskiewicz, and his brothers Billy, Leonard, Stanley, and Eddy. Still waiting to join him in that great ballroom in the sky are his brother Walter, his sisters Bernardine Marton (John) and Phyllis Tvrdy (Jerry), his children Sonja and Adam, and countless nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and their families. Ronnie was very proud of his Ukrainian/ Polish heritage and had exceptional style and bargaining skills. His polka dancing was second to none, and he had a kind, generous and unassuming spirit that kept him in touch with many friends. Ronnie was proud to spend most of his working life in the steel industry at International Harvester. He was also a talented wedding videographer who delighted in giving people lasting memories of the important events in their lives. Now it’s time to remember Ronnie. Join us from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, March 26th at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home , 1774 King St. E. Hamilton. Come share your stories while you eat, drink, and maybe even dance among family and friends. Instead of flowers or donations, take your family out for Chinese food. Ronnie would have loved that.
