RON MOESER Councillor Ron Moeser passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the age of 74. Ron was adored by his wife Heather and was a loving father to Tammy, Cindy and Selina. Father-in-law to Mark and Jeff and doting Opa to Colin, Brooke and Logan. Ron was a longtime City Councillor who passionately served his constituents for 26 years. Visitation to be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road on Friday, April 28th from 1:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 29th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church-Highland Creek, 200 Morrish Road (Old Kingston Road).
