KERR, Shirley Grace Lieut-Col. (r) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 in her 89th year after living a life of service with energy and determination. Retired officer and lifelong member of The Salvation Army. Loving wife to the late Lieut-Col. William “Bill” Kerr and mother to daughters Maryon (Stan) Walter and Joan (Richard) Cameron. Devoted grandmother, continually interested and actively involved in the lives of Melissa and David Walter, Daniel, Brett and Mark Cameron. Remembered fondly by her friends and extended family. Visitation to be held at St. Peter’s Estonian Church, 817 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Toronto, Sunday, July 9th from 4-5 p.m. The funeral will be held at St. Peter’s at 5 p.m. followed by a reception. Private interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations may be made to The Salvation Army North Toronto Community Church.
