SHIRLEY PENNEY (nee SMITH) Passed away at home on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the age of 74. Shirley, beloved wife and best friend of William Penney. Dear step- sister of Norman Martin (Shirley) and Rose Brownie (Clifford Smith). Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in the chapel at 11 o’clock. Interment to follow at St. Andrew’s-St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia. If desired, memorial donations to the OSPCA Orillia Branch would be appreciated by the family.
