Shirley Ann STALEY
Peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Sunday, February 5, 2017 in her 79th year. Dearly beloved wife of 60 years to Jack Staley. Loving mother of Michael (Teri) and Sandra. Cherished grandmother of Ashley and Krista. Dear sister to Helen (Merlyn), Evelyn (Clark), Joan (Jorn), Pat (Gord), Donna (Jim) and Bill (Lillian). Predeceased by her sisters Carole and Sandra and sister-in-law Jean (Grant). Shirley will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Jim and the palliative care team. A memorial service will be held at the TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME – NEWMARKET CHAPEL, 524 Davis Dr., 905-898-2100, on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. with prior visitation from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. In memory of Shirley, a charitable donation may be made to OSPCA or a charity of your choice.
