BUGIARDINI, Silvana (nee Girotti) Peacefully passed away at her home, on Monday, April 17, 2017 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Nello. Dearly loved mother of Robert and Gerry and his wife Claudia. Loving nonna of Jenna, Simon, Elijah and Joseph. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Maurizio and Iole Girotti, Luciana and the late Graziano Baglioni of Italy and the late Marino and the late Ida Bugiardini of Hamilton. Dear zia of Marina, Claudio and his wife Dianne and their children Adam (Alecia) and Brad. She will be missed by many friends and relatives in Canada and Italy. Silvana was a long-time volunteer and devout parishioner for over 50 years at St. Lawrence Church. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Vigil Prayers on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Church on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Lawrence Church Building Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family.
