Francis Paul (Frank) SPICUZZA
SPICUZZA, Francis Paul (Frank) Our dear cousin Frank passed away in his 92nd year on Aug 26, 2016, to join his beloved parents Anthony and Josie (Mascari), his sister Marie and brother-in-law Tony Cappelli. He was the nephew of the late Margaret and Angela Mascari, cousin of Fr. Tom Culotta, Dr. Paul Spicuzza and Angela Mantia-Spicuzza. Frank was a quiet man and a talented visual artist with a keen interest in many different subjects including baseball and golf. He was a die-hard Yankee fan till the end, often engaging in lively discussions with his good friend Vince Cappelli (Maureen). He was employed by The Beer Store until his retirement and was a long-time member of the Dundas Golf and Country Club. Frank will be missed by his many relatives in Canada and the USA, especially his Hamilton family (Amelia Spicuzza, Marlina, Bruno, Rosella, Rocco, Marguerite, Jim and their children) with whom he celebrated many festive dinners and barbecues. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL 43 Barton Street East (near James St.) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral mass will be offered at St. Joseph’s Church, 260 Herkimer St. Hamilton on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington.
