SPARKES, Stephen Reginald – Born in Shearstown, Newfoundland. With great sadness we announce the passing of Reg at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Violet. Will be greatly missed by daughters Jacqueline (Dave) and Kim (Carlo), grandchildren Ryan (Blanca), Amanda, Christopher and Bradley and his great-grandson Matthew. Dear brother of Anne and predeceased by brothers Garfield, Lloyd, Clayton, David, John, Graham and Tom and sisters Muriel and Olivine. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Reg left his fingerprint across the GTA working in the construction industry as a General Superintendent for 48 years. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association. A private family service will be held.
