Theresa Debney passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 6th at age 85. A Memorial Visitation to celebrate her life will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home on Tuesday September 13th from 1:00-2:00pm. A Memorial Service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2:00pm.
