Barbara Anne THOMAS
THOMAS, Barbara Anne (nee Jackson) Passed away peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital on August 1, 2016 at the age of 85. The loss of this beautiful woman is mourned by her sons Mark (Jacqueline), Sandy (Laura) and her daughter Cathy. Barbara’s passing is also mourned by her sister Rosemary Jackson, brother Gordon Jackson (Barbara) of Australia and their sons and families. Barbara was extremely proud of her nine grandchildren and 12 great-grand- children and leaves lasting memories for them all. Barbara had health challenges throughout her life, meeting them with a positive and inspiring attitude. As her strength faded, her mind remained sharp and her caring spirit was always evident. Knowing that Barbara is now with Garth, the love of her life, lessens a little the pain of loss. She will be truly missed. Visitation will be held at KITCHING STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME , 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Monday, August 8, 2015 from 9:30 a.m., until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
