TIMSON, Ken On January 7, after a tragic accident and surrounded by his loving family, Ken (son of Ain and Jean Timson) went to meet the God of his understanding face to face. Left to mourn this special man is his loved and loving wife of 56 years, Patricia, and his children: Marie (Doug Murray), Michelle (Mark Prankie), Michael, Mark (Sandra). He was a special Poppa to 9 grandchildren: Sean Murray (Michelle), Joshua Murray (Lindsay), Katelyn Murray, Lizz Murray (Blake Bain) Steve Prankie, Bill Prankie, Zach Prankie, Sarah and Addison Timson. His joy was boundless with the arrival of his 4 great-grandchildren: Alexis and Lauren Murray (Sean) and Isla and Carys Murray (Joshua). Ken will be fondly remembered as well by 3 brothers and 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews. Ken died as he lived his life helping out in his community. He was a proud volunteer of Caledonia Fire Station #1 for 25 years and upon retirement from Ken Timson Auto Body, he became an active member of the Caledonia BIA and the Special Projects Committee. He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus and an active member of St. Patrick’s Parish. He was a ‘friend of Bill Wilson’ for over 40 years. Visitation will be held at MILLER FUNERAL CHAPEL , 28 Caithness St. E., Caledonia on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 2 – 4 p.m. and from 6 – 9 p.m. with prayers to be said at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Church, Caledonia at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11th with interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Caledonia.
