TSUKASA IWATA December 17, 1921 – August 3, 2016 Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Rouge Valley Ajax and Pickering Hospital. Beloved husband to Fumi (nee Makimoto). Cherished father to sons Leslie (Liz) and Stacy. He leaves behind his loved grandchildren Sarah (Jake) and Ty (Jennifer). Loving Great-Papa to Ashton, Sloane, Eloise and Charlie.
