VELMA BARBER (nee FOWLER) Passed away peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2016 at the age of 97. Predeceased by her beloved husband Wilfred. Loving mother of Marilyn Wright (Bob), Dianne Barber, Valerie Harrold (Dana) and Crystal Whitfield (Don). Grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 8 and great-great-grandmother of 4. Loving sister of Herb Fowler (Sheila) and predeceased by brothers Lloyd and Bill. Sister- in-law to Gord and Pearl Barber and Jean Barber. Visitation at Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, on Wednesday, August 31st, 6-8 p.m. Funeral service on Thursday, September 1st, at 11 a.m. Interment Maple Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospital for Sick Children or The Salvation Army would be appreciated.
