WALTER DRANE With family by his side, Walter passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at the age of 79. Devoted husband for 57 years to Pam, loving father to Steven (Dolores), Cheryl (Sam) and Susan, fun loving Grampa to Alessandria and Megan. He was predeceased by his brother Ross earlier this year. Walter was born Christmas Day 1936 to Winifred Alice and Wilfred John Drane. A 40-year member of Twin Seas Caravan Club. He loved camping and cruising the oceans. In the printing trade since the age of 15, he retired as a Pressman at the Toronto Star. A dedicated Past Master of West Hill Lodge No. 670 2009, Past Grand Junior Warden 2013- 2014, Past First Principal King Solomon Chapter 8. Family and friends are welcome at a visitation on Friday, November 11th, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the HIGHLAND FUNERAL HOME, Scarborough Chapel, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, at Warden, 416-773-0933.
