It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Billy on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the age of 24. Loving partner of Nicole. Proud father of William Jr., Kaiden, and Nevaeh. Cherished brother of Shannon, Michael and Nicole. Beloved son of Arlene Baxter and Gary Reimer. Grandson of Syd, Suzanne and Catherine Baxter. Nephew of Robert and Sarah Baxter. Uncle of 15 nieces and nephews. Billy will be deeply missed by all who he touched. A visitation will be held at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, on Friday, January 27, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at 11 a.m.
