BAKER, William Clinton (Billy) 1965 – 2017 Suddenly on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the Welland General Hospital at the age of 52. Beloved son of Marjorie and Bill. Loved brother of Judy (Todd Kostal), Christine (Bruce Robinson) and special long time friend of Howard Mulholland. Uncle Billy will be missed by his nieces and nephews Michael, Larissa, Brodie and Emma. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Glanbrook Cemetery.
