April 8, 1926 – March 31, 2017
It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved husband David, at Trillium Hospital Mississauga. David was a loving uncle, step-father to Mark Anthony Adams (deceased). Brother to Augustine of Cochrane. Will also be missed by many relatives in the Czech Republic. David retired from U. of T. at Erindale Campus. Special thanks to Dr. Peschisolido and Marlene for their help and concern. Also, Dr. Stein and staff who took such good care of David. We thank our dear friends and neighbours for being with us on our journey, with heartfelt thanks. Pray for me – Ruth.
