ARNOLD, Robert “Bob” 1948-2019 It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bob Arnold announces his passing at the age of 70 peacefully at home.
Predeceased by his parents Roy and Evelyn Arnold and wife Lynda (nee Winegarden). Devoted father to Darren (Stacey), Kelly (Mike) and Allison (Mike). He will be deeply missed by Wendy Farkas and her children Paul (Lindy), Stacey (Stu) and Steve (Jessica). Special grandfather to Jennifer (Chris), Ryder, Koen and Charlie-Scout. He leaves behind his siblings Glen (Elaine) and Bill (Brenda). Son-in-law of Maurita DeLuca, brother-in-law of Larry Winegarden (Nancy), and Gale Adam. Beloved uncle to Kevin (Amanda), Kyle (Danielle), Matthew (Crystal), Rory (Melanie), Maurita (Prasheel), Marissa (Jason) and Markayla.
Bob was a dedicated employee of Stelco for over 35 years.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Cancer Assistance Program. Memorial visitation will be held at L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa St. North, (905-544-1147), Thursday, January 17 from 6 – 8 p.m. A chapel memorial service will be held Friday, January 18 at 11 a.m.
