CARTER, Carrie Ellen (nee Cooper) It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, wife, sister and friend, Carrie Carter (nee Cooper) on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the age of 50 years.
Carrie will be greatly missed by the many people she touched throughout her life – her husband Joe Carter of 33 years, daughters Catie (Matt) and Josie, her mother, Sandy Cooper (nee Cookney), and siblings Kimberley Varty (Mike), Suzanne Cooper (Craig) and Peter Cooper. She will be dearly remembered by her many nieces and nephews who were always welcomed into her home and showered with love. She will be well remembered for her generosity, fierce loyalty and loving spirit. Predeceased by her father, Leonard, we are at peace knowing that they are both singing together on the big Karaoke machine in the sky.
