Mom left this world peacefully this past Saturday. To carry on her legacy is her husband, Martin Gamelin, her six children- Cathy Blancher (George), Pat Hyslop (Keith), Ed Gamelin (Carolyne), Margaret Cochrane (Pete), Ruth Thibeault (Bob), and Tom Gamelin (Leanne).
Clara is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Following mom’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a future date. Cremation has taken place and was arranged by Thorpe’s Funeral Home in Brantford.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
