It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of Elinor on January 18, 2021 in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husbands Murray Hammill (1992) and Alec Nicoll (2000). Also predeceased by her loving sons Douglas (2013) and David (2012) and daughter-in-law Deborah (2015)
. She was a loving mother and step-mother to Judy (Larry) of Nanticoke, Paul (Colleen) of Burlington, Nancy (Jon) of Nanticoke, Judy (Paul) of Hamilton and Patricia of Hamilton. She will also be greatly missed by her sister Evelyn of Buffalo and her sister-in-law Maryann of Hamilton.
Elinor was the matriarch of five generations and will be lovingly remembered by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
