Passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario.
Predeceased by devoted husband Nicolo (2007). Survived by loving children Francesca (Dan), Saro, and Michele (Christy). Wonderful nonna of Nick (Sandra) and Alex. Proud bisnonna of Adrian. Fortunata will be deeply missed and forever loved by many relatives and friends.
Friends and family are called to the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON. One block east of Dufferin St.) on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clare’s Catholic Church (1118 St. Clair Ave W., Toronto, ON) on Monday, November 12th, 2018 at 10:00 am.
