COWLING, FREDERICK CLAIR (Jiggs) Goodyear Retiree. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Fred (Jiggs) Cowling on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Glenhill Strathaven.
Fred was in his 90th year. Survived by his sisters Kathleen Tennant and Hilda Ford as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Mabel Cowling and his siblings Stanley, William, Audrey Snowden, Harley, Irene Tabb, Lily Smith, George and Murray.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
