FRARE, GINO FRANCESCO Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at his home on Friday, January 15, 2021, Gino Francesco Frare, at the age of 86 years.
Beloved husband of Giovannina, loving father to (deceased) Graziana, Maria/Marinella (Renato), Luisa (David), Stella (Ivano). Cherished Nonno of Christopher, Marc, Deanna, Liam, Emma and Melissa. Dear brother of (deceased) Italo (Pasqualina), brother-in-law of (deceased) Ernesto (deceased Regina), Fiorina (deceased Giacomo) and Pierina (Luigi).
Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews, family and friends all around the world. He was a dedicated, hard worker who took pride in a job well done. He enjoyed hunting, watching hockey and supporting his favourite team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and was an avid hiker well into his 80’s.
He was passionate about food and enjoyed the company of all his family and friends. Above all, he had an incredible sense of humour. He will be greatly missed by all. The family would to extend a special thank you to the staff of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and the staff at Saint Elizabeth Health and LHIN Community Health Care Team. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, the family held a private funeral service on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
