GRANT-HOSE, Rosa (nee Fiorino) It is with saddened and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Nini, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, wife.
Rosa peacefully passed away in her sleep in her 64th year after a courageous 57 year battle with diabetes at St. Joes palliative care unit on January 6, 2019. Predeceased by infant son Dominic. Rosa is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 18 years Danny, loving mother of Vanessa, Nicole (Mike) and Katie (Nick) Nini to Adam, James, Charlie, Indy and Hudson, her parents Frank and Maria, siblings Sam (Karen), Louie (Antoinnette), Nadia Ciapanna (Corado), Elio, and Gina Gatto (Tony), furry friend Chico and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Rosa was a dedicated employee of Shoppers Drugmart of over 40 years leaving behind many colleagues and customers.
Special thanks to Dr. Brimble , Dr. Hunt, and Dr. Savelli for many years of care, all of the PD nurses at St. Joes peritoneal dialysis clinic and St. Joes palliative care unit for their care and compassion.

Markey Chapel” , 947 Rymal Road East, HAMILTON (905.574.0405) on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Regina Mundi Roman Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Road West, Hamilton on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
