BERESFORD, Gregory Paul Sadly, in his 71st year, Greg suffered a stroke while in recovery from heart surgery and passed away at St. Michael’s Hospital on October 4, 2018.
Predeceased by loving parents Gregory and Mary Beresford; Greg is survived by son Chris (Alison), grandgirls and lights of his life, Hannah and Catelyn, daughter Jessica, son Jon (Jennifer), their mother Sharon, sisters Betty and Pat, brother Gordon (Debbie), many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends in Canada and the US.
Greg enjoyed a stellar career in Sales Management. Later in life he suffered a disabling chronic back injury limiting his mobility. His charismatic personality, quick wit, love of music, cheering for his sports teams, politics, news, social media and activities with his Moose Lodge and Monet friends in Florida kept him very involved and enjoying life.
We have honoured Greg’s wishes for cremation and no funeral. A reception for family and friends will be held November 25th, 2-4 p.m., at 56 Buggey Lane, Ajax, ON.
Rest in peace dear Greg. Cate says it best for so many of us “love you to the moon and back!”
