James Beale

James Beale

Beloved husband of Margaret Beale (Worrall) for 64 years, James passed suddenly at home. Survived by his children Kathryn Vogel and son Steven (Sarah), Suzanne Beale, and Lori Jardine (Ron) and their children David (Nancy), Kathy (Trevor), Sara (Tim), Jenny, and Thomas (Andrea) and his 8 great grandchildren. As President of Hamilton Boiler Works, James owned and operated the family business founded by his Grandfather James Beale Sr. in 1913.

James will be missed by the dedicated employees at HBW many of whom have been with him for decades and are like family. While James had a scholarship for Engineering, the family business became his chosen career. James was instrumental in the success of HBW. James also had a deep love throughout his life for historical automobiles and enjoyed not only driving them, but their restoration as well. Not only was James a successful businessman, he was a kind man and will be remembered by everyone who knew him as a nice, generous and fun loving person. James loved a good time and the parties he held in the Beale’s backyard were legendary.

Many of James friends and family have fond memories of the good times at the Beale parties which included Little Theatre, Pig Roasts, Old Car Meets, Chili Cook Offs, and Concerts. James loved his family and they meant the world to him, he was a wonderful husband, amazing father, trusted friend, kind leader, and he will be deeply missed by so many.

We will all cherish the beautiful and fond memories we have of him for the rest of lives and will one day see him again. Due to COVID a celebration of James’ life will be held later this year.
