BAIRD, Maureen McKenzie (White) May 8, 1932 – February 13, 2021 We are saddened by the passing of our mother Maureen Baird who went peacefully in her sleep at Unionvilla LTC on Saturday, February 13th.
Helen Edwards was by her side as her constant companion and caregiver for over a decade. Mom would have been 89 this May, although she had suffered with dementia for a very longtime.
Maureen was a devoted wife of 60 years to Dr. William Baird (Doc/Bill) and was a loving mother to John, Mary and Tim. She was a kind and gentle grandmother to Quinn, Taylor, Jessica, Preston, Riley, Jennifer and great-grandmother to Millicent.
She was predeceased by her husband Bill and sisters Jacqueline and Helen. Our mother was the last one standing of that generation of the White and Baird families, all of whom are together now and forever in our hearts. Family is all that matters.
