Passed away on October 2, 2018 in her 54th year, at St. Michael’s Hospital Palliative Care unit. Predeceased by her mother Marion (Brownlee). Survived by father Ron (Mary Lynn), brothers Jim (Marnie), John (Stephanie) and sister Kathleen. Also, three nephews, a niece, Aunt Shirley (Ham) and uncle Alan Brownlee (Chris).
Shan loved her books and listening to music. These helped her get through her many health struggles. Her beautiful smile won over all who knew and worked with her.
Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home, Sherbourne Street, Toronto.
