WALKER, Sylvia (nee TOOMATH) January 4, 1934 – January 6, 2019 Surrounded by family on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the age of 85 in Mississauga.
Beloved wife of 61 years of Thomas. Cherished mother of Ian (Madeline), Brian and Alan (Judy). Loving Nana of 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 8 siblings and remembered fondly by her sister Eileen.
Lifelong resident of Park Royal, member of the Park Royal Community Association and 25 year veteran of Becton & Dickinson in Mississauga.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2019, from 6-9 p.m. at GLEN OAKS FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville (403/Dundas). Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 1 p.m. Burial at Burns Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Ashburn, on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 1 p.m.
