TROUTEN, Tom Passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in his 91st year.

He has been reunited with his best friend, soul mate and wife of 64 years, Ethel Trouten who passed away in July of 2018. He will be greatly missed by his loving daughter Tricia Varey (Paul), sons Tom A. Trouten (Jean Carveth), and Rob Trouten. Proud grandfather of Ian Clodge (Kendra Worts), Daniel Varey (Jessica MacKinnon), Deandra Busch (Mark) Jonathon Trouten, Robert Trouten, Thomas Trouten and Dakota Budgell. Great-grandfather of Callie, Kaydence, Mason, Logan, Riley, Aubrey and Charlotte. Predeceased by his sister Ellenor (Walter). He was also the “favourite” uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Tom had been known throughout the area for his beautiful deep baritone voice and his acting skills. He was fortunate to have held several leading roles with many local theatre companies, the majority was with Hamilton Theatre Inc. He also managed to do some professional shows, some commercials and even a small part in a movie. He loved playing golf and enjoyed horse racing and playing the slots.

As per Tom’s wishes cremation has taken place.
