REARDON, Tucker Douglas Heim Suddenly and unexpectedly as a result of an accident in Hamilton, Ontario on Monday, May 28, 2018 at the age of 34.
Beloved son of Jim and Danny (Heim) Reardon, loving brother of Brady (Jennifer) and doting uncle of Sloane. Predeceased by brother Tyler.
The family will receive friends at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Saturday, June 2nd from 4 – 7 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
A private family interment will be held at a later date.
