VIOZZI, Josephine (nee Burno) With heavy hearts and many tears, the family of Josephine Viozzi announces that she has passed away at Juravinski Hospital on October 19, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
Josie went through life sharing her endearing love, joy and laughter. She forever had a passion in sewing and cooking and will be remembered for her endless supply of sauce and straight hems. Resting and reunited with her loving husband Marino Viozzi and deeply missed by children Luigi Viozzi and Lidia (Erni) Fable. Devoted Nonna to Marco (Stephanie), Nadia and Laura (James). Survived by her brother Vincenzo Burno and niece Alice Burno as well as extended family from Italy and the United States and grieved by many other family and friends.
The family would like to thank everyone at St. Peter’s at Chedoke and the Juravinski staff on F4.
Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home , 947 Rymal Rd E., Hamilton (905-574-0405) on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Mass will be held at Regina Mundi Catholic Church, 631 Mohawk Rd. W., Hamilton on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. followed by entombment at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, 600 Spring Gardens Rd., Burlington.
