VICTORIA, Jose With saddened hearts we announce the sudden passing of Jose at the Hamilton General Hospital on June 9, 2017, at the age of 79. Predeceased by his parents Manuel and Clotilde Victoria. Beloved brother of the late Manuel (late Luisa) Victoria, Maria (Arthur) Abballe, Odete (late Manuel) Viveiros, Lino (Lina) Victoria, the late Fernando (Belmira) Victoria, and Lucy (Jose) Silva. Jose will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews as well as by his great-nieces and great-nephews. The family wishes to thank the ICU East at Hamilton General, and in particular nurse Sarah, for all their compassion and care. Visitation will take place at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street E. (near James St.) on Monday from 2 – 9 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
