COOK, Katherine —
Katherine Cook passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on July 12, 2016. Predecased by her husband Joseph Cook, sons Richard Cook and Lawrence Kulczyski. Survived by her loving grandchildren Daniel, Stephanie and Julia Kulczyski. Sweetly remembered by her great-grandchildren Neil, Luke and Lyla Kulczyski and Jackson Day. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, July 15th between 2-5 p.m. at Cardinal Funeral Homes Annette Chapel, 92 Annette St., Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to Lupus Canada.
