GREY, Konni (Connie Elisabeth Hanf) Passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the age of 55 after a seven week battle with leukemia. She will be greatly missed by her family – her mother Trudy Hanf, sister Susan Werden (Allan) and nieces and nephews, Karen, Olivia and Dennis Werden and Brooklyn and Lucas Lahey, as well as by her many friends.
