MARGARET GOODE (nee WALKER) Passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, with her family at her side, at the age of 91. Margaret was a person full of life, who showed genuine interest in others, young and old. She was known for her empathy and generosity. Survived by her four children, Jane, Jill, John and Janet, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Margaret had a deep love for God’s Word the Bible. She was a dedicated witness of Jehovah God and devoted much of her time to volunteer work for her faith. Members of her congregation truly loved and respected her. Special thanks to the staff at Beach Arms Retirement Residence where she will be missed. Her children wish to express their heartfelt gratitude also to the medical team and nursing staff at Michael Garron Hospital for their compassionate care and loving support over the past several weeks. Memorial service to be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 416 Victoria Park Ave., Toronto.
