RETA FOWLER Ursul Reta Fowler passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Age 81 years. Beloved mother of Richard and his wife Kim; and Ted and his wife Sissy. Dear sister of Marlen Adelman. Fondly remembered by her other family and friends.
