WILCOCKSON, Donna (nee McLaren) It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Donna on October 13, 2018 at the age of 61, after fighting a brave battle with cancer. Loving wife of 39 years to Allen and adoring mother to Vicki (Rob) Richardson and Jim (Jenny) Wilcockson. Donna always put family first and worshiped her three grandchildren Kendyll, Jack and Evelyn. Cherished daughter of the late Frederick McLaren and Helen (Jerry) Savrnoch. Treasured sister to Fred (Nancy) McLaren, Jim (Pauline) McLaren, Gloria (Ivan) Baran, Gerald (Dawn) Savrnoch and sister-in-law to Paul, Gary (Janet) and Brian Wilcockson. Donna’s fun loving nature will be forever remembered by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Donna made many treasured friendships at her employment of Travellers Insurance, McMaster University and St. Joseph’s Healthcare. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their loving care during Donna’s final journey.
A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 27th from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, 1224 Upper James St., Hamilton.
