DAWSON, Marleen (nee McCartney) 1947 – 2017 60 years of friendship and love with Murray Dawson has ended after a heroic battle with cancer. Marleen was loved by all who knew her, she will be missed terribly by her daughters Leigh-Ann and Karen; her brother Bruce, and her predeceased brother Bill. Special place in her heart for her grandson Kurt who loved her dearly. She worked for the Hamilton Board of Education. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME , 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Donations to the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
