LOUBERT, KEN 1926 – 2017 Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 14, 2017. Ken is now reunited with the love of his life, June (nee Keenan) Loubert. Born in Jacquet River, NB, son of the late John “Jack” Loubert and Laura (nee Furlotte) Loubert. Proud father of Chris (Linda), Patti (the late Gary) Vokurka and Sherry (Eddie) Pitre. Grampie will be remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and also by his brothers Nat (Alice) and Ron (Gloria) and sisters Hester (the late Woody) and Helen (Bob). Predeceased by son Shane, brothers Gene and Robert, sisters Eunice, Ruby and Charlotte. After 25 years with GE, Ken Loubert & Assoc. was formed, working with Home Hardware, Osram Sylvania and Thomas Lighting. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), Burlington (905- 632-3333), on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
