ANNUZZI, Francesco It is with profound sadness, love and honour that we announce the passing of Francesco at his home on April 23, 2019 at the age of 85.
Beloved husband of Rosina (nee Cozzitorto) for 58 years. Loving father of Carmela Petta (Dino) and John (Alison). Cherished nonno of Nicolas (Stephanie), Natalie (Daniel), Matthew, Lucas and Kristiana. Dear brother of Giacomina of Italy. Brother-in-law of Vincenzo and brother-in-law of Elizabeth. Will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, family and friends in Canada and Italy.
Francesco was a caretaker at St. Francis Xavier Elementary School and a crane operator at Canron Steel. Special thanks to Dr. Staibano, Dr. Cox and Dr. Khalidi for their compassionate care.
Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME , 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. with Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Parish, 200 Mount Albion Road, on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 1 p.m.
Donations in Francesco’s memory may be made to the Firestone Clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
