BROZOVIC, Mijo Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2019 at the age of 82.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Ruza (2003) of 58 years. Loving father to Nada Puric and adored deda to Mark (Nicole) and Andy (Laura). Cherished great- grandpa to Lana, Valentina, Nathan and Maja. He will be deeply missed by his niece Anna Frketic (Steve), nephew Nick Dudas (Mary) and extended family and friends in Croatia, Australia, U.S.A. and Germany.
Mijo retired from Dofasco after 30 plus years of service. He was a loving person who had a kind and gentle demeanor about him and will be deeply missed by his entire family.
As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to the Holy Cross Croatian Church in Mijo’s memory.
Visitation will be held at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME , 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday, January 16th from 6 – 9 p.m. with Vigil prayers to be said at 7:15 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East on Thursday, January 17th at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
