HARWOOD, HOPE GILLESPIE SISSON Died peacefully at Mount Tolmie Hospital on October 1, 2018. Born in Toronto, October 18, 1924, she is survived by her children and their spouses: Penelope and Simon, Gillian and John, Sharon and Charles; and her grandchildren: Henry, (Kyla) Jessica, (Alex) Alexandra, Emily, (Arlin) Stephen and Tanya.
Hope was a high school student at Moulton College and graduated as an RN from Wellesley Hospital, Toronto in 1947. She married Donald Addison Harwood the same year. Don predeceased her in 2000.
Funeral service October 20th at 3 p.m., St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Victoria, reception to follow. Interment in Peterborough, Ontario at a later date.
