Raymond “Ray” Ercoli

It is with the saddest hearts, that we announce the sudden passing of our much loved husband and father, Ray, in his 80th year, at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Centre. Dearly loved husband of Donna (Duckers) for 55 years. He is loved and missed by his children, Kellie Rabak, and Christopher (Lori). His beloved grandchildren Sarah and Noah Rabak, and step-grandchildren, Christopher, and Vanessa Valchuk, remember him with the deepest love and affection.

Predeceased by his parents, Ida and Amedeo. Remembered with love by his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Larry Morris. He will be missed by many extended family members including brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews. After a long and successful career in sales, Ray operated a courier service as well as dabbled in do-it-yourself renovation projects. He was known for his sense of humour – always laughing and having jokes for every occasion. Ray enjoyed traveling and thrived on being busy, pursuing several hobbies including electric model trains, and sewing, inheriting his father’s talent.

The family appreciates support during this time; however, due to COVID restrictions, space at the service is limited, and all guests must RSVP separately on Ray’s tribute page at www.friscolanti.com. A Memorial Funeral Mass will take place at St. Ann’s Church Ancaster on Friday March 5th, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will follow.

In accordance with public health mandates, all guests are required to wear a face covering and practice physical distancing while at the church In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation are appreciated. The family looks forward to a celebration of life at a later date.
