MILLIGAN, WILLIAM 1931 – 2018 Peacefully, William passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Trillium Health Partners – Mississauga at the age of 87.
Beloved husband of the late Margaret (2016) of 59 years. William adored and was the devoted father of Derrick and Elizabeth. The dedicated grandpa of Andrew, Ashley (Santiago) and Pamela (Robert). Proud great-grandpa of Fox, Lennon, Belen, Kingston and Maddisson. A dearly loved brother to Janet (John) and Jim and much loved brother-in-law of Sadie and uncle and great-uncle. He will also be missed by his many friends, including those of the Alzheimer’s Society of Peel who provided purpose and joy in his final years.
William was a gentleman, warm and kind; always with a smile on his face. Hardworking, he retired from the Peel Board only to work an additional 16 years as a Commissioner for Osgoode Hall. William will be forever loved and always remembered.
A private family service has been held.
