TZANIS, Anastasia (Tasia) – With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Anastasia Tzanis peacefully on April 15, 2017, surrounded by family. She will be remembered and missed by her extensive family and friends. Her kindness, generosity and gentle nature touched the lives of all who knew her. Tasia was born in Avlona, Greece, where she spent many summers cultivating her garden and welcoming countless guests with her bountiful hospitality. Beloved wife of Elias, loving mother to John (Gina), Stathi (Georgina) and Peter (Annie). Adored sister of Demetra (James), John (Katerina), Mary (Jack), Leon and Kathy. Predeceased by her parents Dionysios and Hariklia Voudouris. Cherished yiayia to her six grandchildren. Loved by cousins, nieces, nephews, koumbari and godchildren. Visitation at Elgin Mills Visitation Centre on Wednesday, April 19th from 6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held at same location on Thursday, April 20th at 10 a.m. Luncheon to follow.
