DAVID B. HUNT Died on August 9, 2016 in Elliot Lake, Ontario at the age of 79. David is survived by his son Shane Hunt of Brampton, Ontario and his granddaughters Stephanie Hunt of Vancouver, British Columbia and Andrea Hunt of London, Ontario. He was born in Toronto, Ontario on October 6, 1937. His mother was Marjorie McGeorge. He will lie in rest as does she at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto. Through hard work David advanced professionally from Bregman and Hamann Architects to several other companies including Hudson’s Bay Company and EllisDon Construction Company, with his title best described at both as Vice President of construction. He was instrumental in the construction of well known buildings and shopping malls in the Toronto area. In respect of his family’s wishes, there will be no funeral but it is likely that all who knew him might want to have a toast in remembrance of him.
